Beginning at The Abbey Resort, you’ll embark on a scenic and educational journey featuring a guided four-mile walk along the picturesque Geneva Lake Shore Path. As you meander along the water’s edge, an expert guide will share fascinating stories and insights about the historic estates that line the path.
Upon reaching Black Point Estate, you'll be treated to a refreshing box lunch provided by The Abbey. There, you’ll be able to enjoy your meal on the veranda of the historic estate overlooking the lake and the manicured grounds.
Following lunch, delve deeper into the history of Black Point Estate with a short, guided tour of the 1st floor. Learn about the region's early inhabitants, including the native Americans who originally called this area home, and explore how Geneva Lake developed into a premier tourist destination.
To conclude your day, convenient transportation will be provided back to The Abbey Resort, ensuring a smooth and comfortable return.

Please note, the four mile walk from The Abbey Resort to Black Point Estate has many terrains and is not wheelchair accessible. We highly recommend this tour only for those who are comfortable walking the distance. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes that are good for all terrains and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. Bicycles and strollers are not permitted on the path. Please note any dietary needs when booking your tickets.
