Indoors or outdoors, there are plenty of activities for our guests to take part in. At The Abbey Resort, you can enjoy live entertainment, lounge by the pool, borrow a bike and tour the property, or catch a movie in Immersion Cinema.
No matter the weather outdoors, relax poolside with plush towels, pool toys and comfortable lounge chairs. A hot tub and wading pool complete the fun.

Escape the real world in The Abbey Resort's entertainment venue, Immersion. Enjoy your favorite movies or cheer on your team on the big screen in the cinema, challenge your family members to a one of our rotation of games like billiards or air hockey, or watch your friends as they test their skills at one of our crane games.

Soak up the beautiful summer weather at one of our outdoor pools, including a family pool, hot tub and a kids' "zero depth" pool. Adults can relax and enjoy a few laps in our adult-only pool and soak in the adult-only hot tub. Weather permitting. Please see our activities schedule for hours of operation. (Open seasonally)
Whether you savor your s'mores with hot cider on the Harbor Patio during our fall and winter months or at a bonfire pit on The Abbey West End when the weather is warmer, you're sure to have fun making memories! Fireside s'mores welcomes you throughout the year on Friday and Saturday nights with added frequency during holiday time frames and in our summer months.
NEW - Introducing the Abbey Explorer Program, a seasonal assortment of activities for kids ages 4-12 to complete with their families. Explore the resort and area, complete crafts and activities, and even learn a little along the way. Beginning October 1, check in at our Activities podium to receive your activities booklet that will guide you around the resort and more. You can even check out a tote bag of items that will help you complete the activities. Once all tasks are complete, you'll receive a certificate of completion and your official Abbey Explorer patch! Come back each season to earn a new patch that you can add to your keepsake Explorer backpack.

Staying at the only resort on the shores of Lake Geneva has its advantages. Bring your boat or rent one of the Cobalt Blue Bowriders from Gordy’s onsite rentals and experience Lake Geneva on the water.
Guests of The Abbey Resort are welcome to take advantage of our Lake Geneva, Wisconsin marina on Abbey Harbor. Bring your boat and launch from our ramp in the protected marina. Just stop by the Front Desk when you arrive for trailer tag & parking information.

There’s more than one way to get out on the lake. Gordy’s offers stand-up paddleboard rentals in addition to boat rentals to ensure that everyone has access to the lake. If you’re looking for a peaceful day on the lake plus a bit of an arm workout, stand-up paddleboarding is for you. Gordy’s stand-up paddleboard rentals include board & paddle and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
