Introducing Executive Chef Noah Gumustekin
The Abbey Resort & Avani Spa is thrilled to announce the arrival of Executive Chef Noah Gumustekin. For over 20 years, Chef Noah has been creating memorable moments for people worldwide. He is the winner of several Silver Medal awards from the American Culinary Federation and has mastered culinary management positions at several hotels and resorts around the world. Chef Noah will be leading all of The Abbey's culinary operations, creating seasonal, locally sourced menus at our restaurants and will also oversee our top-notch culinary team.

A New View from the Waterfront Patio

A New Menu at Waterfront!
We have launched a new menu in our Waterfront restaurant that brings you new flavors and exciting twists on some of your favorites. Try our new Loaded Tater Tots topped with crispy bacon, WI cheddar, and a fresh lime aioli that takes the flavor to another level, or a Prime Rib Philly that packs a whallop of flavor in every bite. Our Seared Salmon has a summer flavor you won't want to miss and our hand-breaded Crispy Chicken Breast sandwich with sriracha aioli will become a fast favorite.
