The Abbey has a variety of partnerships with local high schools and supports the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Programs. We can help you meet your hourly requirements as well as build skills to support a career in hospitality that can also translate into other career fields. Industry professionals as mentors and guides in your education and pursuit of experiences and skills in hospitality.

We can tailor your experience to program requirements. Rotations through departments or divisions, meeting mandatory hours, skills evaluations, individual projects; our team is here to support the growth and development of future industry professionals!
