AVANI Fitness
Our fitness center offers you the choice of numerous Life Fitness cardio stations as well as exercise equipment. All of the AVANI Spa's cardio equipment features LCD televisions which require the use of headphones (you may bring headphones along or they will be available for purchase in the spa lobby). The fitness studio hosts a variety of classes thoughout the week. Class schedules and descriptions are posted online and in the spa so that you may look them over and see what might be right for you. Personal training may be scheduled in advance with our fitness staff for an additional fee. Call us with any questions or to schedule a session for yourself or your group.

Private classes may be arranged for you alone or for you and a group of friends. Please contact the fitness staff regarding your needs. Prices start at $40.00 per session.
Personal Training
Fitness regimens are not "one size fits all." With this in mind, we encourage you to work with a personal trainer when deciding on a fitness program. We will customize a routine to suit your individual needs and goals.
Membership
An AVANI Spa membership holds several benefits for you. Receive a 10% discount on all spa services, as well as receiving 10% off AVANI retail items. With every new membership, we offer a complimentary training assessment and orientation to the fitness equipment. Membership rates based on the length and type of membership you're interested in.
